PROCEDURES

SETUP / CLEAN-UP

2010/2011

 

  1. Call the school cafeteria 610-539-4247 EXT. 113 and politely ask Nel to provide drinks sufficient for your registration. CYO should have enough coffee in their closet but we advise you bring your own creamer and keep receipts for reimbursement.  Call Suzy Jo's Donuts: 610-279-1350 and order donuts; quantity to be based upon registration. These calls should be made on Tuesday or Wednesday of the week that your program is having their 9:00AM Sunday Mass.
     
  2. Coach(s)/Coordinator MUST sign out keys from the Rectory for the "School","Kitchen" & CYO Kitchenette at 8:00AM Sunday morning.
     
  3. Coach(s)/Coordinator can request delivery of the donuts, to the school gym for 8:30 am.  Price of donuts includes delivery from Bridgeport
  4. To make COFFEE simply get 100cup coffee pot and fill with COLD water. Place 2 bags of coffee (or scoop if ground coffee from a canister is used) into metal coffee filter and plug into wall socket infront of the stage. Make sure that all circuit breakers are on...located to the left of stage.
     
  5. To make hot water for TEA simply get 35cup coffee pot fill with COLD water and plug into wall socket on the kitchen wall. Metal coffee filter is not needed for this pot.
     
  6. Coffee cups, sugar and coffee stirs are in the kitchen under the center island. Additional supplies can be found on top of the refrigerators and in the CYO cabinets.
     
  7. Coach(s) and parents are responsible for setting up tables and chairs as well as putting all tables and chairs away. DRY MOPPING the floor is also your responsibility as well as empting the trash cans that were used. Kindly rinse coffee pots and place back on top of refrigerators after clean up.
     
  8. After everything is cleaned up please make sure that the doors are locked and return keys to the Rectory. Any donuts left can be taken home or given away.
